Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not, this policy explains how to return an item and get a refund. It applies to UK customers and sits alongside your legal rights under UK consumer law, which it does not affect.
Your right to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you wish to cancel and return it, for any reason. After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
State of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, items should be:
- Unused and unworn, with any tags and labels still attached
- In their original, undamaged packaging where possible
- Complete with any free gifts or accessories included
We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if an item has been handled more than was necessary to check it (for example, more than you would in a shop).
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, you don't need to wait for the cancellation period — please contact us straight away. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. We'll cover the cost of returning faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
How to start a return
- Use the contact (details below) with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply with a returns address and any instructions you need.
- Package the item securely and send it back within 14 days of contacting us. We recommend using a tracked service, as you're responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you'll be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- We'll process the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or within 14 days of you providing proof that you've sent them, whichever is sooner).
- The refund will include the standard delivery cost you paid, but not any upgraded delivery option you chose. Return postage is not refunded unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
- It may take a few additional days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
